TD04HL 15G never came with the angled exhaust flange, not stock from the factory. 850Turbos had 15G conical (bad), 94-95, and then switched to a straight exhaust flange (better but not great) 96 - 98. The angled flanges only made it onto the S/V70 99+ c/w: 13G (for the LPT models), 16T, 18T, and then finally the 19T.
You can buy the exhaust flange and swap out your current one off of your stock turbo. you will have to modify your stock down-pipe. I am not saying that you won't notice an improvement over your current setup, but you are only using the same turbo, so what ever limitations you currently have will still be there, they will not get completely eliminated by swapping to an angled exhaust housing.
