Ive got a '76 245 DL Estate.

Looking to stockpile some parts for installation at a later date. If you have these parts kicking around and would like to sell em. I wanna buy em. Your price.

~rear~
-trailing arms
-panhard rod
-reaction rods
-

~front~
-Power rack- (gently used would be awesome w/o tie rod ends)
-

~interior~
-headrests for rear bench (black)
-later model steering column (did any come with Tilt?)
-seat belts (black)
-

~exterior~
-front air dam
-1 door handle (chrome/aluminum finish)
-headlight door retaining plastic doo-hickey things.
-hood hinges
-aftermarket (round set of 3- 6'' or 7'' dia ) off road lights

Message me if you have these things, It will help to make my junkyard search list shorter.

l8r :D .

-Ken

Ebay.ca

FcpGroton.com

Turbobricks.com

to change to headrests in the back, you much change the bench to a 90+

and they never came with tilt

and i would look at greggs distributing for nice bosch or hella aftermarket fog/driving lights

Not too many of us have 240s anymore, but Jordan was selling his load of groovy stuff. Check our classifieds for JordanRules.

Otherwise I've got a pair of torque rods (reaction rods) in early or late versions, but they're probably not going to help you too much considering what else you'll need. FYI, your saggy butt bushings are almost certainly the ones that are mounted in the axle, not in any of the links. The bushings in the early 240 are junkier than most others, and you should probably also be looking for the control arms and rear buckets. I had a '77 and mine were all torn up. Talk to Dale (Pylon) and see if he can get you some polyurethane bushings for that car in a timely manner.

Keep a look out at PNP for later 240s, where you'll have a better chance of finding a decent power rack, not to mention the other stuff.

I've also got a few pairs of cheap auxillary lights, but you can also check out Princess Auto for dozens of styles.

There is a place in Saskatoon called RE-Volve that specializes in Volvo parts.
