My brother has been driving my dads old white 740 turbo. Its white on black leather. Has ipd sway bars and Bilsteins, poly bushings in the front (I think).

We want to keep the stereo head unit, amp and rear speakers. And the winter tires- you can take the summers

Car is registered in BC, and would need an out of province. It needs a master cylinder, probably brakes, an exhaust.

I want it gone NOW.

200 bucks you take it away. It does run, wouldn't recommend driving far...

Oh, its an Automatic. I think it has 300K on it, I put a new turbo on it at 190k.

Come get it... In South Edmonton

I'm actually gonna pay a GM tech to do the pump. I've read through the instructions and the tips on line, and it doesn't seem bad really. I'm just out of time. Would have done it Saturday but your brother in law is bringing his car to the shop for a check over.

Erik- you have a message!

Cool...so he actually got my email. Didn't even respond when I sent him the info. Hopefully you can help him out.

Craig said something about 700ft lbs torque on something on that pump...likely the crank pulley. Would make me think twice about it, that's for sure...

It was a lowly 540 ft/lbs and it does take 8 odd hours to change the pump and I think the shop charge is about $1200 for the job.

Jordan, I find myself in need of a turbo. Would you be interested in dealing the turbo and manifold?

PM sent...

Did you have an LB7 duramax? Mitchell and online tutorials I've read list it at 280ftlbs. I have a GM Diesel tech coming over to do it this weekend. Warranty time is 3.0 hours. Alldata shows 6.0 and mitchell time is 7.5. He is gonna do it for 250. So I'm happy.

Will check my PMs now..
