Tis the season for 122's for sale. To my untrained eye looks fairly solid at least the shot of the floorboards and engine bay?

Looking away...$2500 is a little high for a car in that condition. It does seem relatively complete.

Oh. My. Lanta. Is that thing 91 green? Interior is white but it's been poorly painted, the underhood pictures look SO familiar!

His has a generator, though - incorrect for a GT.

Just to be contrarian - I'm guessing 79 white.

Negative. I just got an email back from the guy (Steve). Same codes as mine - 91 exterior, 426-553 interior. I also found a Wikipedia page about the Halifax assembly plant where it says that the GTs built in Halifax were available in Light Green 91, Light Blue 94, and Dark Blue 95. I assume they were also available in the normal colours too, as Dale's was built in Halifax and it was the common dark green.

He says that the price is flexible...

WOW, from $2500 to $1000??!! That's pretty decent for a 123GT in that shape no??

Depends on how much work you want to do...there is at least $10K worth of parts needed to make it nice. I only wish I was kidding.

Yeah, I'd been talking to him and suggested that it might be a bit high, told him what I paid for mine and showed him some pix, and he told me he'd take $1000 for it and would adjust his price on Kijiji.

Hurry up, someone - it won't last!

Hahahahahahah. And what about the dreaded rot? It looks better on the outside than the engine-bay (why?), and if it has been sitting for awhile, was it inside?

We all know this; has anyone given in to the temptation??

(I think I'd rather put 5K down up-front on that one in BC)
