"The Leg" is broken!!!
Stranded in Edmonton, we absolutely NEED a clutch cable to move her tomorrow...willing to beg, borrow, buy or give you our first born if neccessary.
We will be away from the computer for a couple of hours, but PM with a cell phone number we can text or call to make arrangements.
Please help fix our broken leg!

It will move without a clutch cable. Not a lot of fun to get it rolling but I've driven a few car with no clutch.

but I'm in downtown Edmonton! too many starts and stops.

do you have a cable I can buy? I am coming through Calgary, and then heading back tomorrow to get the car.

I think I've seen a clutch cable in the garage somewhere. I'll have to check to make sure I can find it.

Hey Rod, got your email as well. If my parts car wasn't autotragic you would be more than welcome to grab it, hopefully Dale fixes you up.

I just ran out to the garage and I still have one from my 242, only a year or two of use on it.

I've driven without too (hence the replacement). Just use the starter to get going and shift smoothly!

I've got one and Rod is stopping by this morning to grab it...

Thanks for the reply guys! Got the cable from dale, and after an hour of fiddling with pedal travel, we were back on the road! Thanks again for the help and thank-you dale for the cable!
