Keith,
It looks like it's going to cost a lot of money to ship these wheels to you via UPS. (+$200)

I don't know if you have any other ideas but i don't think these wheels are worth that kind of money.

Do you know anyone coming through Saskatchewan who could pick them up on the way over?

Greyhound? Canpar? Tiger Courier? UPS isn't known for being very cheap in Canada....

I checked greyhound and it looks like it'll be around $118

That is a lot. Any idea when you might be headed to Calgary again? otherewise I'll just have to swallow the greyhound price. Cheaper than driving up and I couldn't handle the trip anyway.

Thanks Sol, appreciate what ur doing. if prices are too high and ur willing to hang on to them, I can wait til Aug but would rather get them on the car with some "to the limit" rubber for summer. Gonna leave my winter's on my stock wheels. Keep me posted, might hit that magic number or I might just swallow hard and go for it anyway. I like the wheels.

I'm thinking of parting out a 940 wagon with a decent b230ft in it. if there is enough interest it may be worth setting up a trip to red deer/calgary with a load of parts.

Sol, any idea when you would be doing this run. If you let me know maybe we can meet where 904 crosses the 41 at Oyen. I'm sure I could drive that far or get my grandson to drive me there and make the deal on the wheels. Would be great. RSVP asap, please Keith

Got the wheels! Sol delivered them right to my door and my 15yr old grandson put them on after I replaced one tire. They look good and lower stance tires handle better. There's a photo under the "Pics" section if ya wanna see what it looks like. I like em. Thanks Sol.

My wife got her wheels and tires for her Accord now. 2nd oldest son gave us a set of alloys with new summer tires from his Saturn Ion that he just sold and they are just the right size except went from 195/55 x15 tires to 205/55 x 16s, a little bit bigger but speedo more accurate now. Now we're both happy, just have to buy winter tires for next winter for both cars now but we both have wheels for that. She also got her new windshield so it all worked out in the end. I'm hoping to get to Street Wheelers in Lethbridge this year with the 740TDI. Hope I can get everything done to it that I want to. The BBSs are working great except for that little skipping backing up at full turn lock. Grandson thinks we're the coolest seniors on the road. LOL

Good to hear you've got the wheels sorted out. Look us up if you make it to Mulletfest this year.
