Who was I talking to at BPs that needed some 242 seats? I think it was Andy I first offered them to. Anyway, please speak up, i'm going to need the room in my garage, the motor is almost out of the 242.

They are grey cloth, great shape, just a bit of wear on the drivers seat. $50 for the pair, but I keep the tracks since I need to adapt them to my mazda seats. Andy(?) get's first dibs then it's whoever hands me the cash first.

You can have them Andy, if you want them. I just jumped in there in case you didn't want them. They would just save me pulling the GT seats out of the wagon and replacing them with the leather seats that were in there for the first 20 years of the car's life.

And yes...chalk it up to two brothers-in-law that had unsecured wireless routers... I didn't miss a beat...

I'm next in line if nobody wants 'em.

Just talked to him. Seems he found some seats during a trip to edmonton yesterday. So Greg and Andy, you can e-thumbwar for them.

Andy? You want 'em?
Athal, will these fit on later style 240 rails? It's for a friends '89.

Good question. Never looked at a later style 240 seat set-up though I can't imagine any reason volvo would change them. Perhaps someone else can chime in...or a newer 240 will show up at the yard to compare.

Alrighty....just trying to be clear so nobody gets stepped on.

Athal, I'll try to let you know soon...I just need to verify the bolt patterns are the same. VZA, if you can check that would be great! I may also be able to check tomorrow if all goes well.

I measured the bolt pattern on the rails of an '89 last night. Looks to be exactly the same, as expected.

Athal, email sent.
