Damn - I was all hopeful they had a breakthrough in the 4C delete, but now that I see how sophisticated this car is - the only alternative to 4C would be aftermarket electrically adjustable dampers since they're integral to the vehicle systems.
As for appliances - life is short, much too short for driving appliances. My wife has no idea how capable the car is performance wise, but the seats are comfy, heated, and it has a killer stereo. I however will literally giggle when I do something childish like merging at WOT, or dusting a punk kid off the lights.
As for PPI - I would suggest calling first just to make sure they have the Volvo specific tools. The reason I went to Paul aside from the great referrals was that he had the tools for reading the software and he was familiar with the cars. Din is a phenomenal tech - and I would trust him with any repair, but in the case with the 06'R PPI - I felt experience with them and knowing what to look for was more important.
Not sure how much recourse you have with PPI's if something comes up, but that's a good reason in favour of a dealer PPI.

There was some chatter about "Lucky" (I think he is ARD Tuning) working on a software solution for all of the years, no word on how close he is to getting that done, if ever?
That probably makes sense on using Valentine, was hoping for a Paul, Jordan type of experience where you can actually discuss the findings with a Tech you know and trust.

Luckily for me that 245 sold already....
I suppose a c70 with a non working soft top for $1800 is probably a bad idea.....
Not surprised for a one owner 93 245 at that price...
With the C70, the purchase price will be the smallest cheque you stroke for that car.
