I have a couple of Saab 9000 intercoolers (about Volvo size), an Audi 5000 intercooler (inlet and outlet on same end, about 18" long x 7" high x 2.5" deep from memory) as well as an intercooler from a Nissan 300zx twin turbo (small, would do for a motorcycle or small engine).
