Another stupid question: what's the big difference between a 140 and a 240? Seems like a 740/940 comparaison. No?

No. A 140 has a completely different front chassis/suspension, and most of the rear suspension is somewhat different too. The body shape and interior design is mostly the same between the 140 and early 240, with some differences in dashboard, controls, and parking brake location, however almost nothing from the 140 interior or exterior interchanges with the 240.
