also on the highway i rarely took it over 100km/h, tried to keep my RPM's low since I had the 3.92 in there

When I first got it, my red car got a spectacular 15 US MPG with a screaming raging 107 crank HP when it was brand new 311K miles ago. Of course, I drove it like I hated it and the vac advance on the disty was stuck and the centrifugal advance wasn't advancing the timing much from the 10 degrees at idle it had.

After fixing a lot of little things and installing the metal blade clutch fan in the scrap bin, with various cams and such it gets about 22-23 city/highway (M45).

new high...9.6L/100km on the highway at 100km/h

new low, 16.8 L/100km towing on the waterton field's hilly roads

Hmm, about the same as my bmw. actually, it's pretty much impossible to break 10L/100km average on that thing....
