got to http://www.volvocars.com/us and click on volvo owners info on the upper right hand corner. For your log in put me@me.com then click on the your volvo tab. Pick any model and then find the owners library tab. Once there choose your year and model etc and you can find a lot of neat info like the old owners manuals, I tried a lot and the earliest I could get for a manual was 1980 but you can choose back to 65 and find your vin decoders and vehicle specifications.

Just thought it was a neat thing that I would like to share with you.
