Mine will if you cut the frame into 4 pieces :P
You may need to take it too Consolidated Compressor and rent one of their large cabinets or do it outside, Dale/Matt can advise on this

As far as I know Consolidated only has one cabinet but I might be wrong. I don't think it's large enough for a bike frame though. Their outdoor pit will work fine though. It's pretty coarse sand but it creates a surface the paint will stick to very well.

Was $1 a minute last year...

My DJ frame, aluminum. I've been going at it with my scotch brite pads and my die grinder. Worked ok at home but the garage was cold and kept freezing my die grinder. Did it at work for about 40 min and got half done. It shouldn't be too bad I just need to blast the welds and the small areas I can't fit into. Which school are you at? Andy more importantly, will your teacher mind if you use it?

I personally would not use sand on aluminum, and I only (gently) glass bead aluminum that I know I won't be welding on later.

Some horrible awful aircraft coating remover for aluminum and the right abrasive will work wonders. Do it in a REALLY well ventilated area wearing thick gloves etc. I'm amazed they sell that coating remover in stores here over the counter. It is horribly toxic, but it gets everything off without harming the aluminum somehow.
