Guy in the shop here at work is thinking of buying a cheap car for the summer, and chat turned to various makes and models and their weaknesses. It was Friday and some exaggeration was taking place...."Oh, on them, you pretty much have to carry a new EGR valve with you at all times" "Oh, yeah? not as bad as xxx, I used to work on those, if I ever see one along the side of the road, I toss out a fuel injection relay as I go by, and shout 'TOP LEFT IN THE FUSEBOX" etc.
So, I walk up to the gathering...
"Well, I drive old Volvo's, and with them... *pause*, all you really need is a piece of clean unrusted sheetmetal"
