So.. in the last 24 hours, the car has managed to somehow destroy my wastegate, so now boost creeps as high as it wants to.. and i have to sort of regulate boost with my foot (I never let it go higher than 5-6 psi)

my windshield wipers decided to stop working all together yesterday, when all the rain started (figures)

Is it the wastegate, or just the hose TO the wastegate thats split or disconnected?

Wipers, I hear ya. Mine crapped out doing 120 in a rainstorm coming back from the mountains. Luckily I had given the windshield a rain-x treatment not too long before so all I had to do was keep it around 120 to keep the rain off. If the motors not dead, chances are one of the wiper arms has come off the pivot behind the dash. REALLY fun to contort yourself under there...

The motor crapped out, lol - nothing happens when I turn it on, and the arms are just limp

Its probably just the vacuum hose to/from the wastegate thats fucked. I'll take a look at it tonite or tomorrow.. right now, im just happy to be home

thats crazy my wastegate hose split last week....

Oh well as long as your careful you wont hurt your car plus replacing the hose takes about 3 minutes and 60 cents.
