I did find my oil leak...

Matt, it's not that I don't like your mod (far from it!), but my turbo didn't like it at all. I checked the air hoses from the air filter to the turbo and from the turbo to the intercooler. There was a lot of oil in it. Looks like the seal of the turbo are not in good shape and it wasn't a smart idea to boost a 400k km turbo.

It still run, but for how long...

What's better: get a new turbo ($$$ but supposed to work for sure) or a rebuild kit (cheaper, but incertain results)

Just a small boost is already an addictive drug. A big boost might lead to an overdose!

All turbos leak. All of them. Most of them don't really have "seals" so much as they try to get all the oil to shed off the turbine shaft before it exits the bearing cartridge. Added vacuum in the intake system, like if you've got a slightly dirty air filter and you start raising the boost, can draw out some oil and cause it to collect in the compressor discharge pipes and the intercooler. But even a stock, brand new turbo leaks some oil if it's got dynamic oil seals.

It's not the first time that I check the turbo, but it's the first time that I see so much oil.
