Good thing you reminded me to check for this thread Ian! I like the coffee shop idea, and I'm back in YYC for the holiday, so I'd be in!

Just waiting to get the confirmation back that Friends Coffee shop will be our location for Jan 10 (alternate date is Jan 17). Should get the confirmation by tomorrow.

Rate for the facility is $40hr, probably need it for 4 hours ($160), and a full lasagna dinner for $12 ea.

Sadly, it looks like I'll be at my company xmas party the weekend of the 9/10, at the Banff Springs.

I think the wink implied it being somewhat of a rhetorical question:wink:

I don't see the problem Matt.
Company party Dec 9-10 (with sleep over  ) and then back to Calgary for CVC party night of the 10, you then even get to sleep in on Jan 11 :D

NICE!

We get a bus to banff, some activities around town, dinner, then back on the bus. Better than a kick in the pants I guess...

ROADTRIP. There has to be enough space in the hotel room for us all to sleep for the night. Best plan ever.
