At this point I would say no ... with the total exception of those that Paul is inviting. Let us see how many of our CVC group are confirmed and how many the venue will hold, if we still have space then we can certainly explore opening the event to other enthusiasts.

2 for me. I'll have to get Roberta to book the time off and make sure my mother can come over to watch the kid, so let's please figure out a date soon and then I'll confirm.

WOW we are already up to 27 confirmed
The preferred date at this point is January 9, I will check availability tonight and tentatively pre-book that date.

Ian i agree with you this is a Volvo function.
My numbers might change due to holidays and if it's ok with the club i might invite some very good Volvo Customers to the party.(Possible up to 30)Let me know.

Numbers become a MAJOR issue.
I have booked the venue for Jan 9 seating capacity is 30. With the current confirmed list sitting at 27 we are almost sold out.

WOW, I am impressed, we have about 2-3 spots left.

There has been a general consensus , especially from the out-of-towners that January 9 is a preferred date so I have booked the venue for that date. I will finalize the reservation on Monday so if you have anything to say about date say it before this Sunday November 22

How does a full turkey dinner sound to everyone this year, the price is $5.00 more per person ($18 vs $13 for the lasagna) but it looks awesome.

Price I will confirm but it will be about $30 each (share of rental and your turkey meal, gst & gratuity)

Checking with Deirdre's schedule right now...gobble, gobble.

We're good to go - put me down for 2 Ian.
