So what's your plan, Raz? Going to strip one, scrap it, and call the remaining one a "project" car? Strip & scrap them both? Which one are you planning on keeping, if either? What does that one need from the other car? What tools or specialty equipment are you going to need?

The body seems to be a fair bit better on the black one, so stripping the red/white one and 'projectifying' the black one is probably whats going to happen. getting rid of one car will atleast show my neighbours i'm not a TOTAL douchebag. The turbo is good on the red/white one, and well, i'm not sure what else is good/bad or what I should keep for spares. I don't think anything specialty is needed, just company and a 13mm wrench will probably do the trick, it's a nice warm day out, which is nice.

I cannot begin to thank Dale, Matt and Viktor for coming by tonight and helping me, pulling off parts that were seemingly in good condition and getting out broken parts to laugh at :-) Also, just coming up so far from the south, hanging out with me (and coincidentally making me feel way better) means so much to me. Yous guys are the bestest!

No problem, Raz. Figured you could use a bit of help and a pick-me-up. Glad we could be of service.

And no, those are just my crusty old tighty-whities. 'lastic is a bit sprung, but no holes.

Is the car still there??? I need the bracket for the small round coolant tank if you still have it. Though I seem to remember the twotoneterror being a bit of a mish-mash of parts and maybe it didn't ahve the proper one anyway...I seem to have lost my bracket, along with a few more marbles.

We pulled the coolant tank but the bracket stayed with the car. But it was the kind that has the wedge-shaped slot that the coolant tank slides into, not the kind that has the round clamp...

that's the flavour i need. I'm sure an extra big hose clamp will do though, in true tbricks ghetto style.
