Actually Matt has a good point. I think we should meet at the one at TCH and Highway 22 at 6:30. We can all top up and give 'er. At that time of the morning we'll have 0 traffic problems and Highway 93 into Radium will be empty. Grab a muffin and oj on the way out and we'll stop in Golden for breakfast...

How about we plan on leaving there at 630 then? Otherwise it's wake-up closer to 5am than 530 to be all the way out there for 6.
I can only speak for myself of course, but between the heat and light in the evenings I find it hard to get to sleep early...

That's what basements are for... :P

Yes...good plan. Meet at the Petro Canada station at Highway 22 and Highway 1 at 6:30. That way the guys that come across Stoney Trail don't have to come back into town to meet the rest of us...and the guys coming from the south can head straight out highway 8...

Argh! Stupid weather! It rained all stupid weekend!

I was supposed to do some stuff on my car (I know, I know, I procrastinated...) but it's raining since thursday night...

As for the trip, I'll probably leave thursday night even if I don't really like it. I arrive from work around 7pm, so without eating, I won't be in Lake Louise until 10pm. But it doesn't make more sense to leave at 3am to catch you. Anyway, I'll see. If I cannot make something reasonable, I'll just go by my own and catch you up in Kamloops or Vancouver.

Steph, it makes far more sense to meet us in Kamloops. Taking the Icefield Parkway from Jasper to Lake Louise brings you between 50 and 75 km back east again. The road from Valemount to Kamloops pretty much angles sw. I'll bet it would be 100km, possibly more, closer to Kamloops that way...

We'll be in Kamloops sometime early to mid afternoon local time. We all need to exchange cell numbers so we can get in touch...

Yes...I seem to have 3 here and considering I should only have two, one of them is likely yours...
