This weekend will be a bit chilly, according to the forecast, so....

I finally caved. My wife has wanted the livingroom/entrance/hallway painted for a while now. It's happening this weekend. If any of you have skills or enthusiasm, feel free to drop by. :D

I rather pay someone to do it but lack of funds combine with the exhorbitant amounts of money painters want kind of dictates we'll be doing it ourselves. Unless, of course, John wants to make a few bucks over the weekend... I hear you've got mad painting skills...

The last time I cleaned out the garage I consolidated all the painting stuff. I think I have 9 rollers...not the fuzzy things, the handles! Don't have a ton of brushes but I have lots of those square edging things... Most of it will be rollering anyways. I've also got lots of telescoping handles...

We'll be starting at it Saturday after breakfast so around 10. We'll provide lunch for everyone. We'll probably work 'til 4 or 5 and then again about the same time Sunday. If there is still more to go, we'll be at it again Monday but I hope it's all done before then...

Oh crap I just remembered I have a lunch meeting with a mortgage broker at 12 or 1 (thinking of doing some work on the side).

Sorry man, I will help you out with something else when needed though.

A huge thanks to Athal and Jon for stopping by and lending a hand. We have two coats on everything and only have trim to finish. It looks super and now Beth might stop bugging me to paint :) .

Thanks again guys!
