I need to pick up some rather expensive 4x8 sheets and I need something to carry them in, the C70 just will not do it  The sheets have to lay flat, I cannot afford to damage them

The catch is that the store is only open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, so this kind of eliminates help from the common working man (or woman)

Right now my first option is to rent a van from Budget or a pick-up from Rona, but I thought I would toss this to the group to see.

You can borrow my heap if you like. Probably going to cost you more in gas than for renting a local truck, though.

Thanks Matt, I just may take you up on that
Might cost more but WAY LESS hassle.

4x8 sheets will fit flat on the floor between the wheel wells and the rear door will close?

Super cool. My neighbor has a genuine 1940s teardrop trailer built in Oregon locally.
His was part metal and part wood and had a fair bit of rot and rust to go with each, but I had never seen one in person before that.

In James dream land I'd have a corvair (or '55 Nomad if I wanted it not to break) wagon and a teardrop. Then again, I love wagons in a strange and sick way.

I was right, that would look sick behind a PV...or a 122? Glad to see this project is coming along.
