This one's likely legit but he's just a touch out on the HP estimate

Hey, c'mon, he may not be using the correct words or specs, but at least he can spell or read specs for a V70R. Not being able to spell is something that is pretty common for people with english as their first language on the intertubes (and particularly CL/ebay) it would seem.

I love that colour. I'd drive it.

That color is called "Laser Blue" and was used on saab aeros for a bit too. I am not sure if i like it or saffron red more.

I like that blue, black and saffron red on that generation of Rs a lot. I love the way those cars look, but don't much like the way they work. Oh well, I guess I'll just keep looking for a black 91-93 245 or black 245T as a DD.

Yeah, that saffron is beautiful too. I'd definitely take that generation of R as I've always liked them, but I'm sure maintaining one would suck.

This is the same blue isn't it?

Yeah, it is still kickin' around in town not too far from me IIRC. I will have a little space to store it after new years....I didn't think about that option.

It is a repaint...a decent one, but still a repaint. My current DD is original good paint, so I guess I'm kinda fussy. Kayla is also a smoker, and as a former smoker, I used not to mind, but now it really bugs me in a car for whatever reason. Usually in a smoked in car, I have to pressure wash the carpets and toss the headliner. Non beat up 245 headliners are getting fairly scarce in PDX due to just how many miles 245s rack up.

Ideally, someone farther north would want a non-rusty 245T. Hers needs a lift pump, and has lots of shenanigans from some botched turbo installs to sort out as well as some exhaust hardware issues....though I have an SCP 398 head that i just finished rebuilding....hmmm. It'll have to wait a bit...I have a 240 to keep my busy as it is for things to do in my off time.

James,
Was she smoking in that car though? Because when we split up she wasn't smoking, and the car died not too* long after that.

It was a nice 245.
