See what you hear! Costumes, stories and visual effects bring the music to life.

We visit the splendid Baroque era of Handel, Frescobaldi and Mouret; a transition to Gypsy life takes us to a lively Ukrainian wedding dance; Simple Gifts, the exuberant Gospel John (Maynard Ferguson) and Amazing Grace take us to intermission.

A legendary western-style battle between the trumpets begins the second half, taking us through Copland's Hoe-down, Mendez's Bullfighter's Song, The Devil Went Down to Georgia and some great Western movie themes. A quiet after-hours Café lets us explore music by Miles Davis, Bernstein and Gershwin, setting the stage for our final rousing scene: New Orleans!
