whats the difference between the "regular" garett bolt pattern and the volvo one?

theres a really nice aftermarket tubular exhaust manifold for sale for the B2x and it says its for a T3/T4 ... different bolt pattern? or... ?

Volvo flanges have this raised circular sealing boss all around the inlet. The bolt pattern is the same, but unless you change your turbine to a flat flange, you can't use a flat header flange. Gaskets seal right close to the turbine inlet, and if both surfaces aren't flat right there, there won't be a seal.

Edit - and if that's the SS Autochrome header, save your money.
