Not much organizing required, figure out what road, meet at the Home Depot on McLead Trail and 22X @ 8:00 am, bring a picnic lunch, leave parking lot @ 8:30 am & drive

I want Dale's input on roads south of Calgary.
Dale, looking on Google what are 216 west & 66 south like? (probably gravel)
Seems all the roads in Southern Alberta are fairly straight, and 22 is heavily patrolled by the Sheriffs.

66 is the road out to Elbow Falls. We went out there a couple of years ago when Geoff was out and Ricky was on his motorcycle. Where is 216? Can't find it on a map...

We've been on 216 as well. That's the road that goes west of Longview out to Highway 40. That was the cruise where we played in the snow at the summit of the Highwood Pass...

highwood pass def has snow now, snowed off of highway 940 today all morning, working up there, savanna creek area, below highwood pass....kinda

the 541 SW of longview is an alright drive....been doing daily until just after bearspaw (i think) nation land

been reading havnt seen a date set yet...anyway, i'll keep checking

did the cruise happen or is it still in the scheduling phase, I was hoping to come out to a Volvo meet sometime soon to catch up, haven't talked to most of you in ages! Unfortunately the GT sleeps so I will be rolling in a hideous mk4 jetta, I hope I don't offend anyone
