Well after 4.5 years at FinneyTaylor it is time to move on.
Today I accepted a new position with Suncor Energy, Great job & opportunity, better pay, more vacation, better benifits ... I am pumped.

Thanks Matt

Should be able to keep my head, doing something I love doing and have years of experience, Business Process Learning Analyst, basically a Project Manager looking after training initiatives for about 2000 employees  Challenging work but far more rewarding that my current job.

Nice move Ian! Suncor seems like a pretty solid place at the moment. Let me know if you catch wind of any openings at my level....

Congrats Ian! I'm sure it feels great.

I have an offer on the table for another job too, so the nerves are quite active.

Thank Steph and everyone else, never thought of the "fuel supply" rational but that works. Looking forward to the new challenge, the extra $$ and should I mention the vacation??? 4 weeks plus 17 flex days  you heard right 7.5 weeks vacation. :D \:D/ :supz:
