I would be all over both concepts. No more rando's wandering in my alley, less crack houses and room for the dogs. I don't think Deirdre would be all over the idea. $23K for that size a shop is a great deal.

Ya, we could all give it a shot and see how it goes...wait given that she is rarely home for much more than sleep, maybe I should get executive powers with respect to where we live. I keep hinting about doing the "T" addition to the garage and haven't gotten anywhere with that argument.

Right, back to reality I go. Enough dreaming for now.

You could throw the "awesome garden size" card along with the "no-creepy-neighbours" card to see if that works. Oh...how about "the shop would be big enough for all my parts, even the Jag and it's parts." And she could have a warm spot to park the Beetle every night... O:)

:-"

Evilly brilliant.

Seriously, I'd love to build a community (not a commune). Familiarity might breed gross contempt, though.

i put one of those up 4 years ago in SorrentO B.C.
and i call bull if you and your 3 friends have it up on a weekend.(maybe after you did 10 of them)
but it is a great structure and if like working in dirt or gravel no problem, concrete add about 8000.00 to the price.

Give me a few years. I'll have more than just an acreage...and access to a shop 4 times that size. :D
