Dale- 2

And I'm flexible on the date. HOWEVER...since we always get people humming and hawing and saying they might come if they don't have anything else to do, we should set the date asap so those people can mark this event on the calendar. I suspect we will have some visitors from out of town too and more planning will be required by those people so setting a date early would be good. Would be good to see some of the Edmonton contingent. We know the Lethbridge contingent will be well represented...

Thanks for getting this started Ian.

I agree 100% Dale and I will set the date VERY soon, but I wanted to get more of an idea from the out of towners and I also have to check the venue availability.

So to firm this up a little more please let me know your prefered date by November 30

Darren - 1

Count me in. As long as it's a Saturday I'll head down during the day, stay overnight somewhere then head back Sunday.

I'll mention it to a few of the Edmonton guys but if it's just dinner I don't think they'll bother.

What's on the menu?

i will be there.

The 9th or the 16th would work the best but the other two could work as well. If it turns out to be the 23 or 30th i would need about 6 weeks notice...

They did make a special meal for Drew (Lactose intollerant) no problem just let them know ahead of time what you'd like to eat.

Any date is good for me.

Hey

I'll fly in for this. The 9th would be by far the best date for me, as it keeps me to my 3 week schedual of flying out there. Otherwise the 30th would work also. The 16th would be a long push, and the 23 I would not be able to do.

So if it could be one of those dates it would work for me. In for 2 spots, I'll bring the girl.

I need to know soonish so I can book my tickets though.

Should someone post this in OT on TurboBricks so Kat sees it? I doubt she looks here any more as we're not young and naive enough for her...

Wow Dale...I feel the love.

Raz got me on msn, so I thought I'd take a peek. 9th or any saturday thereafter works for me. Should we extend the invite to the calgaryveedub/B&J contingent as well?
