Yeah, general tip for everyone if you're having trouble starting your engine: The distributor needs to talk to your engine somehow, so make sure you connect the wires. Doing otherwise might fry your coil and affect your fuel economy. Also be VERY careful about your coolant temp sender & your knock sensor wires, because they may fit each other but don't work so well that way.

Oh, and check your firing order.

Glad it didn't take us very long to find all that out!
