Just wondering if anyone has one sitting around they would like to sell. It's the white one i'm looking for. I took the cover off and started cranking and nothing happens on the relay so I am assuming its my no start problem.

Thanks guys!

That listing suggests the same relay is in all efi 2/7/9 series. Surely there must be a 7 series out at PYP that has one...

Reflow the main solder joints and that will probably do the trick.

well, went back to the junk yard and someone took every single FPR there was... Bummer

Tried the resolder trick and nothing. Might hit up bucks tomorrow and cross my fingers. Or call that euroworks place.

I still need to fix the ebrake too! :x

I might have a spare kicking around. I'll check when I'm out in the garage later. Make sure you're not missing a signal (spark?) to the relay.

Just checked, i've got a white bosch 6 prong relay. NOt sure if it's the right one, but you're welcome to give it a try.

Damn it! Wrong one....

Is there anything else that could be wrong. The fuse isnt blown and I cant hear the fuel pump come on (can you hear it on 240's?).

What else could be wrong?

I think I might just have to bite the bullet and buy a new one.

timings off, spark plug wires plugged in incorrectly, cap and rotor heavily corroded, crank position sensor on the bellhousing is loose

Ya, it cranks. Thats all it does, doesn't even come close to turning over.

I think I will just go buy a FPR, it cost about a 4th of what I have into the car but I think it might be necessary.
