I would like a set of these. Possibly someone has a set from putting B23FT pistons in a B23E block? Or rebuilding an N/A B23?
B23 flat tops are no longer available from volvo or mahle, and mine have a bit more pinging pitting on top than I'd like, but the ring lands and roundness are fine.

I would like the longer skirt flavor found in early 82 and older B23Es.

Not the same project. This is actually for my own car. His uses a B23 block with the OS pistons. I'm using a B21 block and standard bore flat tops, mostly due to cost and what each of us happens to have. So, similar, but different. Which style skirt do yours have, just out of interest?

I'll try to take a pic of the long skirt piston next to the short skirt one.

James, I think I've got two sets, possibly three. Not sure if they're early or late - I never knew there was a difference. I'll stack a few together and take pix tomorrow.
