The rust looks trivial as I've said before. That outrigger doesn't do much and is replaced really easily. The main rails look solid. The floors look like they were farmer repaired with spare Folger's cans...get that done. The shag is really nice.

Wheels - glad I didn't have to insult them.

Welcome to the 122 club. =D> This car is the definition of a 3 dressed up as a 9. I remember seeing the pics when it was on kijiji and thought it looked pretty clean, not sure how the seller thought no one would stick their head underneath and miss the rust?? That "custom" horse cock of a wiring harness is unique as well. As for the wheels at least it's a common bolt pattern... Long story short I like it, nice find!!!

I'd do the Ron Kwas ignition switch mod, it's on my to do list before I break/bend my key.

Not to be a downer, but why not just take the coil out and repair the switch? It's not hard and you don't end up with a hacked mess like I have in my car.

That's a nice car! I remember seeing it on kijiji. It sounds like it'll go to a good home, shag rug and all. :) I'll chime in on the key situation... I got the Ron Kwas switch setup, and it's been working fine for me. Ron was great to deal with as well.

I was able to swap the key cylinder with one from another 122 and it's working pretty smooth.
