Like anything, it's not hard work if you've got the tools (a vice, a pickle fork, and a big hammer mainly) but if you don't and if you've never done it before (sounds like you haven't) it's difficult to estimate the time required. It would probably take me 2-3 hours to do them, start to finish, assuming nothing is really badly seized. It could take some folks on here a weekend or longer.
Get an alignment done afterwards.
