hmm, well it didnt seem to have any effect on my boost problem, although i feel alot better with a proper intake manifold in there, i think im going to hook up the MBC tommorrow and see if i can up the boost a little, i wonder if the spring is worn in the wastegate actuator? we'll see if she will boost better tommorrow

disconnect the wastegate vacuum line from the turbo, see if it'll boost past 3 or not.

yea i did that and the car boosted great, it started boosting a bit after 2000rpm and as the rpms climbed to 3000 it shot up(i let off the throttle when it hit just over 5 psi but you could tell it was going to shoot threw the roof if i let it. So im going to run down to PNP and grab some stuff so i can finally mount the cbv and grab some extra piping to run the mbc. Im not sure what kinda of hoses i should use(i know ian said NOT to use the clear stuff) so for now ill mount the mbc on the body close to the turbo and use another wastegate actuator line for the mbc.

i feel so stupid right now, i tracked down why i was saying my car had no go, one of the injectors wasnt grounding right(on the volvo harness the connection had popped out of the pigtail a bit,


Im praying i havent done any serious damage to the car, it showed no sign of damage but im preparing for the worst. so i put the pigtail together properly and i gotta say, this thing is fast!

yea for sure, ill have it out at the cruise for sure. Raz, i fixed that hot start issue, just had to change the cranking pulse to a higher value and it worked like a charm.
