okay, here's the deal. We all know I'm moving. We all know I'm very happy about it. Well, one of my friends, the one i was going to be teaching how to wax his car (long story, its been postponed again) well, his mom's kickin him out. So he wants to move in with me.

what's a nice way to say no? that's not a blaintant lie?

His Mom is kicking him out and he wants to live with you??? That's sooo convenient now, isn't it?

Tell him needs to grow up and live on his own for a while. Do you want to be his "mom"? I didn't think so.

lol well, its more a matter of he lives a more...shall we say, "active" lifestyle than I do.

I don't want to go from one place where it's earl's kiddies hootin and hollerin at all hours of the night to moanin all hours of the night...*shudder*

don't get me wrong, he's a good guy, but I don't think our personalities would match well in a living together sense. He'd be too busy tryin to sneak peeks of me in the shower lol

(and he just bought himself a ss cobalt....hence his probably wanting a roomate cause his money goes to the car.....course, if i still could live at home i'd get more done on the volvo too...but oh well!)

Not that I should comment - but tell him you're looking for a long-term relationship, discuss favourite kids names, ask to meet his parents, see if he's interested in joining you for a scrapbooking class, ballroom dancing, tell him your a vegan etc...no guy in his 20's will be interested in living anywhere near you with that pitch.
