Hi,
My 1998 S70 will soon be needing an update to aluminum wheels. What I am currently thinking is either a 16" or 17" factory rim.

I am looking for a factory rim but would like to know which rims would be a direct bolt on to my 98 S70?

What is the rim offset that would fit?

I like the 2001-2005 70 series rims for an example...would these be a direct fit?

Any suggestions or photo examples is appreciated.

I recall from a Jamison night that Dave had a set of rims, but don't recall details.

Thanks,
Darcy

Any, if not all front wheel drive rims will fit. The exception will be the '93 850 that had 4-bolt wheels. Some are higher offset but that's to compensate for added width.

Everything should work except for S40,V50,C30,C70 rims which have a different center bore.

These rims are 17 x 7.5...will these fit my S70? Does anyone know which model they are from?

Is that new? Seems like a lot for used. Look on eBay for Volvo wheels to see what things are selling for, keeping in mind shipping will easily add $125 to the cost...

yes...$ 700 that is the price for used....note..this is no shipping charges as it is nearby.

I have checked thoroughly online and the pricing seems to be around the $450-$500 range with out the center caps and no 20 lugs. I was thinking that shipping from the USA would be easily be over $200 and brokerage fees, exchange rate, insurance. The key factor I think is I would be able to view before buying.

What do you think?
