new heater for garage rated for 28 by 28 feet no problem.
natural gas,brand new,zero clearance to wall comes with flute and ducting
also thermostat.Ready to go all you need is the gas line to the furnace.
it's an upright 5 feet tall 2 feet wide squared approx. (400.00 bucks)
oh yeah some electrical wiring,electronic ignition.

and a bump.
wooden shed as well..10x12 i believe,free but you got to hall it out.
it's heavy duty.
will part out for the wood if required.

Truck...what's that? I was thinking I should try my new roof racks. Doubt I'd even get stopped with a shed on the roof of a 240.
