Ive gotten the wagon back together after repairing the pan and replacing the clutch.

the problem is that I have no fuel, after a minute of cranking the plugs are dry. The injectors do have pulse. timing should not be an issue because it was not touched since it ran last.

fuel pumps are working, I jumped them just fine from the relay, the relay works fine too.

the only thing I can think of is something electrical, I cleaned up the wiring harness while I was in there working, but I have Pulse to the injectors... which is weird. I have fuel at the rail too.

oh and about once every cycle while cranking I get a loud popping noise, although with nobody to help me i cant tell where its coming from. it sounds kind of like a pressure release almost.

thats it guys, im pretty stressed about getting this going before tomorrow afternoon because i have to take it camping with me, It ran fine before!

its probably just some mistake I made cause im so tired from working on it, maybe Ill go take a nap.

The "POP" has me concerned.
I would quickly check that the timing belt has not slipped or broken

timing has not been touched since it ran.

I realize that you didn't touch the engine but I would still check the timing belt, I have seen it happened more than once that with replacing the clutch if the engine is rotated backwards the timing belt can slip a tooth or two.

Also I am sure you know this, the timing belt is what connects the crankshaft to the camshaft and maintains the camshaft timing.

even so, im still not getting fuel while cranking. pressure is good at the rail, it filled a beer bottle in about a second. but my plugs are still dry.

i've already told alex to check and recheck cam timing.

was a dirty block ground that solved the problem, the injectors simply needed more juice to open up.

Corrosion is the most evil thing...too bad its what holds together most 240s...
