I'm running copper now Raz, and its after switching to it that it started!

So how do I gap the plugs tighter?

Paul...am I gonna havta bring Christine over again soon?

(PS...in the past week I have five misfire codes: all cylenders except cyl. 1 and one random misfire....)

you're possibly running too much boost all of the sudden?

maybe a crack developed in your wastegate vacuum line?

I don't see how boost would have magically changed....I haven't played with it....

crack in the wastegate vaccuum line...hmm...

ugh. it's just making me want to bang my head repeadidly against something very very hard.

How strong is the coil itself? Volvo coils are pretty indestructible but you never know...

course now she's behaving herself again, back to the wicked mileage (yeah I reset it every fill-up) and haven't misfired in a couple days...

Nope. last time I think I would have been somewhere between 1/2 - 3/4....

tank normally doesn't get below 1/3 anyway (normally)...

It's behaving now though...I spent my entire drive home driving in ways that would make Raz go "WOOHOO!" (sorry hun, but its true!) and trying to get the car to misfire.

No dice.

Maybe I should wait til it does it a bit more...consistantly? Cause I mean, really, if I bring the car in while its behaving, and the problem can't be replicated just yet....I don't wanna waste everybody's time.
