Accident? This was when your rear bumper got messed up, right? Not another accident?

no this is still the same one. it was kinked and thats why it was performing so bad. I couldn't figure out why it ran horribly and performed like crap, then someone suggested checking the exhaust and thats what had happened.

It runs badly? Or just doesn't have a whole lot of yank? I've had cars with almost completely plugged cats. Only when the exhaust was pugged completely by the cat did it run at all badly. Other times it was mostly plugged and was just low on top end power really, but it is more subtle than an outright "runs badly" sort of thing. If it is kinked, but not crushed nearly completely, the car should run fine, if not a little slowly.

by runs badly I mean it runs rich. ive been told its running rich because it cant "breathe" properly. and yes it doesnt have alot of pull.

is the tailpipe just bent or whats the deal? I have a lady in her 940 who keeps backing into stuff and I keep bending her tailpipe back out because her car drives and rattles like a beast with it bent.

It won't run rich from a kink in the exhaust. It just won't run especially fast. Keep looking.

the tail pipe is bent and the over the axle pipe is less then half the diameter then its supposed to be because its bent so badly plus the pipe after the cat is pressed up against the frame creating a kink and a crazy annoying rattle.

ok does anyone have an exhaust system? i really dont want to pay $480 at a shop to have it done.

any reputable muffler shop can make the exhaust from the cat to the stock rear muffler, removing any junk in between for 80-120 dollars. whomever quoted you 480 dollars on an exhaust system was pricing out things you don't need and/or being a dick.

You could also go to carline muffler aka calgary muffler by chinook. I've had good experiences with them
