So, I found a fender and a door today for my friend's 86 244 that encountered a deer. Fender is silver, door is white, car is yellow (original one-stage enamel.) Any suggestions for getting these parts painted before bolting them on? Recommendations for decent/reasonable body shops, or quality shade-tree work? Car is (otherwise) in excellent condition and he plans to keep it long term.

Hi - Is Bowness Ok? I know somebody who paints out of his house - he should be able to do a good job on a fender and door, and last time I saw him, he was not drinking all the time.... Nice guy, he'll do good work, and should be able to get it done quick.

Hi, There is a guy named Dave behind the Port O'Call Inn [near Mcknight/Barlow] that does good work. Dave and his brother own the small shop and it is called screamin autobody. In my opinion, worthy of getting a quote.
