Has anybody had any problems with this ignition module,it is the black box sitting right behind the battery. If so does anybody have one for sale?
The car is timed right, has fuel and spark but will not fire?
Could this be the culprit?
Any help would be great.

As far as I know, the ignition module doesn't fail too often in these cars. I've never had one go, but I'd bet its something else.

I have replaced the wiring harness with a new one from ipd,I have had issues with it thought, for example the 2 wires in the clip going to the fuel pressure regulator were backwards resulting in the fuse for the main fuel pump to blow.I have switched these 2 wires and that has cured that from happening anymore.I was running an msd blaster coil and have also tried 2 different volvo coils with no luck.I did have msd wires but have swapped those as well with no luck.Is it possiable that i could have shorted the module [-X

I think I have one in a tub of stuff under my workbench. You know where I live... I'm around for the next few evenings...likely doing something in the garage or driveway...

If you have spark and fuel it has to fire unless t-belt is broken or no compression.
When cranking the engine over is your tach moving?
Are you sparking on all cylinders? or did you just check one?
