There are a couple of ways to go about it. The first is to set up a gallery here although I'm not sure you can do that without the aid of an administrator. The other is to set up an account with Photobucket (or any of the other online photo storage places). I prefer Photobucket but to be honest, I've never used any of the others. They guide you through the whole process of uploading pictures. Once you've got a picture uploaded Photobucket will show 4 different "sharing" options under the thumbnails when you put your cursor over the thumbnail. Put your cursor over the "IMG Code" line and left-click once to highlight the text then right-click and select copy. Go to your post on CVC and paste the line of code you just copied and viola...your picture will appear...
