 Post subject: crooked wiper how do i fix it

well just bought a 91 245 and one wiper has somehow gotten past the windsheild and sits on the body below the window. the other wiper is fine. has any one had this happen before ?? if so how do i fix it? is it as easy as just removing the wiper arm and placing it on in the right spot??
