19, about to start at SAIT to do the automotive service technology course for 2 years and then we shall see where it takes me. I was top mechanics student for 2 years at my high school and i'm planning for top of class at Sait. My major loves are cars, biking, music (listening, djing, drumming), and snowboarding. I try to take part in all of them but sometimes they get neglected. I have owned two vehicles, both of which were volvos. The first was a 1971 142E which I loved dearly but due to my stupidity it was forced to save me. I currently own a 1983 242Ti which hates me but we are working towards common ground. I am working on a twin turbo redblock project that I am hoping I can complete next year but I have a feeling that due to funding constraints I won't be able to get it done for two years. I have major plans for this car and I hope to see them complete one day.

I have now been Volvo-free since August 5th 2006 [group: weak applause from other Volvo-free Volvoholics].

I think about rwd Volvos all the time but have held my resolve. I feel that I am weekening though, a guy showed up at work in an s80 and I have started looking at Volvos on eBay and the local paper [group: heads nodding in sympathy, encouragements to stick to pledge].

I really miss my 245... [group: members slowly getting up to not scare Richard away and closing in, Richard's eyes darting around the room, Richard leaps for the door and yells a cry of victory as he escapes the clutches of those Volvoless nuts and heads for the nearest Auto-Trader (tm) rack...)

This winter I have to do a engine swap, new interior, hopefully a new paint job (2 tone, white and scorange). Good thing I have a wicked paying job now!! (oh and a wife with a good job!)
