I propose that we show up at the next winter auto-x meet on december 17th in full force. I don't care if you are racing or not, we need to have something fun to do in the winter so why not do something fun with our cars.

If you want to race:
Registration and tech starts at 8:00AM until 9:30AM
Drivers Meeting at 9:30AM
Racing starts at 10:00AM undtil 3:00PMish

all the info is posted here:
http://cscc.speedracer.ca/forums/index.php/topic,3950.0.html%20

I think that this could be a fun group gathering for everyone, if anyone has a coffee maker then we could make coffee (obviously) or even a kettle for hot chocolate. Thermos's would work too, so unless we plan for someone to bring something like that then its solo for that prep. Lets get everyones thoughts on this here please.

Andy B

I'll gladly bring stuff to keep us warm and caffeinated (coffee maker etc.) unless someone has anything better than a mobile gas stove thingie :)

Well turnout was low, but it was fun.
Andy was there competing, I was there and Raz was able to make it once he finished an early morning call-out from work.

How everyone is able to make Mike's get-together

Crap...Athal and I even talked about it and decided no one would be there. I thought Andy's car was down. Raz's transmission bit the dust so I figured he wouldn't be there either. Oh well...next time...
