I'm free all day, so I can be of service. Better leave me the kiddies, though, 'cause my car is decidedly less civilized than yours, Ian, and we don't want to give the 'rents the impression that we're a bunch of hooligans!

This will be great. Yeah, my parents haven't even seen my wagon, so they don't really know what a turbobricker is really like. They have seen my 940, that's their impression, oh boy they don't have a clue.

So, who all is coming now?

Mike

ROFLOL

I can see right now you are going to fit in very well

Yes there are Mounties but they only dress like that at special functions, most of the time they look just like your Highway Patrol or regular police

Well young feller...let me tell you how things are around here... :P

The "older folks" regularly hang out with the younger guys, or vice versa. We don't differentiate based on age. If that were the case, Ian shouldn't have the fastest car in the group and I probably shouldn't drive like I do...

Seriously though, everyone in this group gets along (for the most part) and age really doesn't seem to matter.

Oh well... Where are you going to be between 23-26? I'll come to bug you!

Panorama Resort. If you want to come and get me out of there for a day or something.

That's about 300 miles from my home, so I could come to get you out for one afternoon or something like that. Give me a call, 780-794-8178 or 780-817-2601. Who should I ask at the hotel?

They're likely already out of the house. 3 hour time difference and a 5+ hour flight if they don't have a stop somewhere. That puts them into town at 3:30 local time if they are taxiing on to the runway right now...

The gathering was really good, great to meet Mike and his family.
We had a wonderful dinner and the Cattle Barons, then after taking Mom & Dad back to the hotel we went on a short tour of the city followed by a sampling of some of Canada's finest beverages.

Thanks to Matt, Dale, Roberta, Raz, and Athal (even the short appearance and I hope you are feeling better) and of course Mike and his family for really initiating the event.

And Mike, have a great time skiing & snowboarding at Panorama
