so tonight i go into my local RBC branch to withdrawl some money, i put my debit card into the ATM, nothing happens...great
call up the 24 hour hotline, "sorry nothing we can do"
i then ask about a service technician or somehting 24 on call? for emergencies?
they begin to ask if it's an emergency, i say well yeah no bank account access for the next 76 hours isn't really that appealing, especially right now
ok let me check
"soory since you live near your branch we can't send out a technician because of security reasons"
umm...what?
"you see if you were visiting Calgary we could, but since you live near the bank we can't do it"
thanks RBC, YOU GUYS F***ING ROCK!!!!
so now i have no access until any money i have until the 27th, where i have to go into the branch, get a card, get my account unfrozen, and mis a day of work i could have got paid for

EDIT: OH YEAH, i know this is written slander and all that shit...well bring it on RBC, i am sure a judge will take your side in this scenario
