I'm trying ordering my stuff and it keep telling me that my adress doesn't exist. I should know my own adress, morons...

Where else can I get a clutch, probably won't have time to change the suspension before pacnw.

And anyone else ever get that?

Does it really work? And is it only on parts that you buy if you get the work done at the dealer of is it good if I only buy the parts?

Never had a problem with them. Maybe go "low-tech" and give them a call?

i hate FCP groton.

i ordered a clutch on may 13th and payed extra for fast shipping, its now almost July and still it has not shown up. i have emailed them a billion times to do a trace on the package and they said they cant get any info other than it is in canada somewhere...

i phoned them today and basically told them i want my package or my money, and they need to figure out whats going on. So they said they should know in a couple days. i wouldnt really mind the delay so much since its the postal companies fault but i would at least like to know whats going on, they havent been very helpful.

end rant

at least the prices are good

Hardly FCP's fault, Ben. Things go wrong, and the post office can be terribly unhelpful sometimes.

Nick has come through every time for me.

Got some brake pads from FCP a few moons ago, worked fine, got here quick, etc?

im not really blaming FCP for the delay but the fact that after a month of me asking them to do a trace it still has not been done. i just want to know what is going on, hopefully now since i called them directly they will help me out.
